When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs you can move in anytime.
How much notice needs to be given when I move out?
No advance notice is required. Simply sign the vacate notice on the day you move out
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a Government Issued ID. We prefer a driver’s license.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access 7 days a week 7am – 7pm.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Checks, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office. You can view a list of our inventory on our website.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call one of our staff members and they will be able to assist you.
Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces or do I need an appointment?
For a complimentary tour, stop by anytime between our office hours:

Do I need to bring my own lock?
We encourage tenants to bring their own locks at time of move-in; however we also have pad locks available for purchase.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, Explosives, Flammable liquids, Toxic materials and Perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?
Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.
